Jake Mayers is a Transformational Coach and Professional Drummer with over 15 years of experience. He began drumming when he failed Kindergarten and was diagnosed with Dyslexia. From then on, he focused on cultivating the ability to choose how to respond to challenges. The next predominant challenge Jake faced was 9 years of mysterious illness. In 2015, he received a Lyme Disease diagnosis. He endured years of intense treatments. Throughout that time, the one thing he never gave up was drumming. It’s allowed him to sink into the present moment and to translate that experience to others’ as well.
He recently moved back to LA with his Wife and has already begun playing there. Jake looks forward to opportunities to use his Drumming and Coaching to bring people together and share light. And he'd love to connect with you!

"Dr. G is a real one. He drops serious knowledge related to healing and backs it all with air-tight research. He’s extremely open-minded, insightful and also attracts some of the world’s best healers. Highly recommend checking his Podcast, 'Heal Thy Self'."
"'Unfu*ck Yourself' is a quick and super impactful read if you’re feeling stuck. The author, Gary Bishop shares an approach to life and struggle very similar to my coaching. It’s action-oriented and will motivate you to get out of your head and into your life!"
"Imperfect Foods is a game changer when it comes to getting organic groceries while battling Lyme. They deliver groceries (that would’ve otherwise been discarded) to your doorstep. You may have to apply or contact them, but they’re empathetic towards Lyme and may be willing to provide discounts."
"Paulo Coelho’s world-renown capstone work, “The Alchemist” is a must-read for anyone, but especially us battling Lyme. Not only is it an extremely captivating and heart-warming story, but it has a way of teaching you things about your battle that you didn’t even realize you needed to know. Go for the audio book if not up for reading and just sit back and let it’s magic work!"
"In addition to watching what I put into my mind and body, I had to create my own systems and exercises in order to heal. Those are the same exercises I now empower my clients with. It helps decrease overwhelm, create daily routines, more confidently communicate, secure support, have better appointments, cut ties with toxicity, uncover joy and so much more."
