The Secret Key to Healing
Claire Dalton
Utah
Claire is a farmer by day, and a little bit of everything by night. She loves writing, crafting, creating, and nurturing all the animals on her farm. She has a passion for growing her own food and eating healthy as she has been on her healing journey the past 7 years. She was diagnosed with Chronic Lyme Disease and Endometriosis when she was 18 years old, which resulted in her dropping out of college. She spent the next three years homebound due to debilitating symptoms, long protocols and treatments.
Claire Dalton is now the founder and president of The Chronically Care Project: A non-profit organization that sends care packages to those who are chronically ill and disabled all over the U.S. She wants to change the world one heart at a time by sharing the love of God with others through care packages. She wants everyone that receives to know how loved they are and how they are never alone through their chronic illness journey.
Claire started the Chronically Care Project in 2018 after coming to the realization that one of the hardest parts of being chronically ill is the isolation and loneliness. Due to all of her time at home, Claire spent many of her hours while sick crafting for fun to give her a break from only thinking about illness. She was then able to turn around that skill and use it to make handmade items to include in care packages.
Claire's Chronically Beautiful exists for the purpose of raising awareness for Chronic Lyme disease, infusing love into the lives of those who are suffering on any level, discovering beauty wherever it may be found, and ultimately reaching to God to find hope for healing!
