Lindsey little has lived a lifetime of adventure in a few short years, traveling to over 30 countries. Her passion to help others and experience the world fueled her addiction. During one of these early excursions, she contracted lyme. This event changed the trajectory of her life, leading her on a quest to heal and find tools to help others living with this disease.
Lindsey suffered from many physical and mental symptoms over the next few years on her journey. She sought out healing in the alternative community and invested a lot of time and money in natural therapies. During this process she found energy work (frequency medicine) to be one of the most effective tools.
Now lindsey is an emotion code practitioner, yoga instructor and energy healer helping others release the trapped emotional trauma and stuck energy that is connected to phsyical disease. She enjoys watching others find healing and freedom in the heart, mind and body. She loves to travel, play Pickleball, paddleboard with her pup willow, speak at retreats, work with clients all over the world and is currently working on a book.

Then I will begin to find and release the priority trapped emotions for you. Usually that’s anywhere from 14-20 emotions in one session. Lastly, if there’s any recommendations I can offer for you’re healing I will make those suggestions. You will also receive an email with your own personal sound therapy and an inner voice report. I will text/email notes so you can relax and process during the session. These can be done in person or remotely.
